Knowledgeable, Persistent, Professional

Holly Emge has been a God send. She has worked tirelessly and very reasonably on our behalf. It has been an extremely ugly Trust dispute involving forgeries and physical threats. Although I feel bad that she has had to deal with this family member, Mrs. Emge has remained steadfast and strong throughout this whole ordeal (now going on 3 years). Holly is extremely knowledgeable in all Probate matters and Family Law. I would highly recommend Holly Emge.

Ethical, Respected, Thorough

I and my extended family have used Ms. Emge on several matters over the last 15 years. She is discreet, but direct in her communication; very knowledgeable, but willing to research to find out what she may not know; ethical, but tough in fighting for what is her client's best interest. Her charges were more than fair in every case, generous in respect to how much time I knew she was spending on us and with us. In representing the extended family in a complicated court case where we were listed as creditors in a bankruptcy by someone who took a lot of money from a lot of people , she was always incredibly prepared, listened to all viewpoints, which resulted in each of us feeling secure, and ultimately won a positive outcome for us, which was not the case for many of the other people represented by other attorneys. We have been to mediation on a separate issue, where she laid out our options succinctly and never backed down from our interests, while also showing us how to be realistic. More than once, I have watched opposing attorneys mistake her classiness and politeness for weakness, only to then witness her hand them back their case on a platter as she emerges more skilled, more prepared, and more adept at winning her client's cause. I was thankful to be on her side, and have her on mine! In three matters in the last three years that I called her on outside of her expertise, she referred us to other expert attorneys who treated us like VIPs, told us how much they respect Ms. Emge, and that any client of hers will get their very best courtesy. And we did. Our legal situations have been emotional and very stressful. I feel incredibly fortunate that Ms. Emge has been the "tip of the spear" for us every time. Great Experience

My husband & I had a Trust & a Will set up with her. I found her very knowledgeable & personable. We asked a lot of questions since we have not done this before, she explained everything in detail. Hell of a lawyer!

Holly Emge represented me in a very complex corporate suit. She used the facts and helped the opposing attorney and plaintiffs realize they would not only lose their suit but may have opened themselves to a counter suit for malicious prosecution. The suit was dropped before the settlement conference. Holly Emge is a bulldog attorney for her client.
